TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REFUND POLICY
Students shall be entitled to a tuition refund only, less non-refundable deposit, under the
following conditions:
Live Course/Video Replay:
- The student has not taken possession of written materials and has withdrawn prior to the commencement of the first course lecture. And,
- The student has notified the Indianapolis Bar Association in writing immediately of the intention to withdraw prior to the first course lecture.
Home Study:
- The student has not taken possession of any written materials or videotapes. And,
- The student has notified the Indianapolis Bar Association in writing immediately of my intention to withdraw prior to the first course lecture.
RETAKE POLICY
Live Course:
If the Indiana Multistate Bar Review student:
- attends all live lectures and
- sits for the Indiana Multistate Bar Exam immediately following the course
- AND does not pass the Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA) will offer the student the option of taking future free live lectures or purchasing video replays at a cost determined by the IBA. If updated supplemental material is required the student will be charged a per item replacement fee at the IBA’s cost.
If the Indiana Multistate Bar Review student:
- misses one or more live lectures and
- sits for the Indiana Multistate Bar Exam immediately following the course
- AND does not pass the Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA) will offer the student a 50% discount on the current rate of the Indiana Multistate Bar Review live or home study course. If updated supplemental material is required the student will be charged a per item replacement fee at the IBA’s cost.
Students must sit for the Indiana Multistate Bar Exam immediately following the course
or they are not eligible to receive future free or discounted courses. Students may
be required to show written proof of sitting for the Indiana Multistate Bar Exam upon
the IBA’s request.
Students must notify the IBA at least 30 days prior to the start of the next session
to guarantee enrollment into the session. Notices must be received in writing.
Video Replay Course:
If the Indiana Multistate Bar Review student:
- attends all video replay lectures and
- sits for the Indiana Multistate Bar Exam immediately following the course
- AND does not pass the Indianapolis Bar Association (IBA) will offer the student the option of attending future free video replay lectures or purchasing video replays at a cost determined by the IBA. If updated supplemental material is required the student will be charged a per item replacement fee at the IBA’s cost.
If the Indiana Multistate Bar Review student:
- misses one or more video replay lectures and
- sits for the Indiana Multistate Bar Exam immediately following the course

STUDENT AGREEMENT
- Full tuition payment is required before any written and/or video materials are released.
- Upon commencement of the first course lecture, all fees become non-refundable.
- No other person shall possess or use copyrighted materials and that materials shall not be copied or reproduced.
- Audio taping or reproduction of the lectures by any other means is strictly prohibited.
- No one can guarantee passage of the Indiana Bar Exam, and that the Indianapolis Bar Association does not warrant that I will pass the exam. My exclusive remedy is per the Retake Policy.
