Hispanic Lawyers Division Purpose Statement
The purpose of the Indianapolis Hispanic Lawyers Division is to inform, inspire and engage Indiana’s Hispanic lawyers, law students, and paralegals. The Division provides a forum where Hispanic members of the Indy legal community can gather ideas and pursue common goals. The Division participates in the planning of the Association’s diversity initiatives, encourages the application of Hispanic attorneys for the Bar Leader Series and other leadership opportunities within the Association, works to promote the administration of justice and understanding of the law, and engages in activities that support a greater pipeline of Hispanic citizens into the practice of law.
